Turkey with dried poricini mushrooms “Nesti”
- 4 slices of breast of turkey
- 50 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 4 slices of bacon or lard
- 20 g of butter
Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 2-3 minutes and, when they are tender, squeeze to dry them.
Take a slice of turkey, put a piece of mushroom over and under it and wrap it in a slice of bacon.
Repeat this procedure for every slice of turkey.
Put the butter in a pan and, when it has melted, add the rolls of bacon.
Cook for 10 minutes, adding salt and turning the meat frequently.
